Every Thrjár item is carefully hand-crafted and therefore unique – please note that your personal piece might slightly differ from the one showed on the product page, and allow for some small inconsistencies in shading and brand inscription.
If the piece is in stock, normally it will be shipped to you within 1-3 working days from the date of order, unless stated otherwise on the front / checkout page. Since I take care of handling and shipping myself, in case of illness or travel I might not be able to send out your order promptly – I will surely notify you about the delay.
All the pieces are shipped from Oslo, Norway.
You may choose from three shipping options :
– Standard Mail, with no tracking
– Priority Mail, which includes tracking, but might take slightly longer due to customs processing on the way out of Norway and in to the destination country
– Express Mail (currently available for Europe only) via DHL, with tracking, and delivery within 1-3 days
If you are located outside of Europe and would like your order shipped with DHL, please contact me for rates before placing your order.
Local pickup is available for Oslo, Norway only.
Unfortunately I cannot guarantee the exact date of your order’s arrival – the delivery time relies solely on the professionalism of the postal services in Norway and abroad, and I have no control whatsoever as to how promptly your order will be delivered to you.
If you would like your item(s) delivered to a certain date, please make sure to place your order well in advance (at least 4 weeks before) or use the DHL option to avoid late arrivals and disappointment.
Please note, there is absolutely no way to track the package sent via Standard Mail, and I am not responsible for its damage or loss, should you choose this option.
For international customers, depending on your location some additional customs taxes and fees might occur : please make sure you have all the needed information regarding the matter and are ready to pay them if necessary.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All sales are final – due to high production and handling costs I do not accept returns at this time. Please think carefully before placing your order.
